INSURANCE INSPECTIONS
With the ever-changing insurance market in Florida, most homes over 10 years old will need an inspection called the 4 Point Inspection. These are usually needed when you change insurance companies or your current insurer has moved out of the Florida market. If your home is over 50 years old you will most likely be put in the insurance pool called Citizens Insurance and will need a Citizens Insurance Inspection which is similar to the 4 Point Inspection except that this inspection requires us to complete an additional detailed electrical form.
BACKFLOW CERTIFICATIONS
Those funny or ugly pipes sticking out of your yard are backflow preventers. These backflows are required by Florida law to be tested for re-certification each year. These backflows are instrumental in preventing a cross contamination in your drinking water. For more information visit our links page.
