INSURANCE INSPECTIONS
With the ever-changing insurance market in Florida, most homes over 10 years old will need an inspection called the 4 Point Inspection. These are usually needed when you change insurance companies or your current insurer has moved out of the Florida market.
If your home is over 50 years old you will most likely be put in the FL Insurance pool called Citizens Insurance and will need a Citizens Insurance Inspection which is similar to the 4 Point Inspection except that this inspection requires us to complete an additional detailed electrical form.
These are just two of the more common inspections asked by carriers to be performed. There are several other discount inspections that your carrier may ask for. In most cases they will reduce your premium.
